What Makeup Colors are Best for Blonde Hair and Hazel Eyes?

My hair is naturally blonde... platinum blonde but i just streaked it with tiny auburn streaks all over.. It looks good and my hair look some what in a long emo like style but it looks really good but with my eyes being moody (they change a lot). They are mainly a turquoise color.
