Sensible Weight Loss Help

The most sensible weight loss help is to learn how to control you! There is one way to tell if you’re gaining weight that most people don’t think about. I have never used a scale to weigh myself and you won’t need one either if you will judge your weight by this one thing. You must follow your clothes!

Its an absurd statement in itself, but it makes sense if you pertain it to weight loss help.

If you are putting your clothes on every day and they are getting tighter, it’s a REAL INDICATOR that you are gaining weight! HELLO!

I have a scale to weigh myself, but I don’t. People who weigh themselves every day are a bit obsessive-compulsive I think. Maybe they are just obsessed with numbers?

Getting on a scale is totally unnecessary, unless you are in a weight loss program that demands that you weigh in everyday.

Want to look great in your clothes? The only way you will is to lose the excess fat thats hanging over them! Putting on weight doesn't happen overnight, but the effects can last a lifetime if you don't reverse them!






I know instantly if I am gaining weight by getting dressed each day. Frankly, I have spent a lot of good money on my clothes and would hate to have to give them up! I love my clothes and put a lot of time and energy into picking them out. I'll bet you have too!

I don’t want to outgrow them! So, I don’t! It just that simple! Mind over matter! If you want to control your weight, then control you! It's really good advice for anyone who wants weight loss help.

Instead of munching out on a whole bag of greasy chips, why not have some celery sticks with just a hint of peanut butter or some carrot sticks or maybe apple slices. The only way healthy foods are ever going to taste good to you, is if you expose yourself to them more often.

You can't get used to something you never eat!

Changing from unhealthy foods to healthy foods takes some time. Give yourself the time you need but don't postpone working on it. You know, no one ever promised you life was going to be easy. However, just because you have challenges in life, doesn't mean all your life has to be hard. You make your life harder by eating things you know aren't healthy more often and eating healthy foods less often. The more weight you pack on, the unhealthier you are, the more sickly you're going to be.

Illness and disease happen quickly when you're overweight and then the doctor might order that you get weight loss help. Why wait though? Why not help yourself now, before the damage is done and before the medical bills mount up? These things only create more stress for you and yes, they definitely make your life harder!

The other thing you must consider is that ultimately, people do whats most important to them in life. Weight loss help is the same way. If you place weight loss on the very top of your priority list, it will happen! If you don't, then it might but probably not.

Weight loss begins and ends WITH YOU!

That's the same advice I repeat over and over to my friends when they ask me how they can lose weight and look as lean as I do. They want real weight loss help!

They all tell me they want to lose weight. They all really need to lose weight but they will never lose weight until 1) they want to lose weight more than other priorities and 2) they learn how to control themselves. Weight loss is a matter of sheer will power. Heck fire, I didn't just happen to stay the same size. I worked at it!

Just control you! (You are the only person that’s probably gonna listen to you anyway!) Losing weight is about setting boundaries.It’s like the feeling you get after the Christmas holidays!

You know you've been over indulging in a lot of high fat foods, so your clothes might be feeling a bit COZY come January.

Statistics say though, if you don’t take this weight back off, you will be destined to gain about 2 - 5 pounds a year after your 40th birthday. So don’t start!

If you are feeling fat in your clothes now, then its time to cut back somewhere. If you just go out and buy bigger clothes, then you will only get bigger and bigger over time! Set boundaries for yourself and you will lose weight and flourish!
