Tranformations Salon

I went to a salon called Transformations Salon on Western Blvd in Jacksonville, N.C. I told the stylist I had platinum blonde hair 3 months ago, but that I've got semi permanent on it now, that washes out in 3 months. It was suppose to be copper brown and looked purple. So I went to a salon wanting it brown with blonde highlights.
After 7 hours of her putting a bunch of toners on, my hair was, WHITE, GRAY, PINK, RED and my hair cut was 2 inches uneven on one side. When I complained they said the stylist hasn't been a stylist long and told me to come back the next day and she would put in blonde highlights. I said, oh no, she is not touching my hair again.
They started yelling I am going to pay, had 5 workers surround me, so my husband gave them the credit card. I told my husband no way, don't pay for this crap and then their customer friend got in my face and pushed me.
My husband took me to a day spa the next day. The stylist told me my hair was too damaged to put any highlights in it, and to do corrective color to get it a uniform color, cut evenly, losing 2 inches of hair and a deep condition cost me $200.00.
I wrote the salon demanding a refund and they refused. I sent a letter to the Better Business Bureau and found out that the salon is under investigation. Other people are also trying to get a refund for the services they were forced to pay too. My stylist in the spa said several times a week, they get people in from Transformations Salon and that they screw up hair. Even sadder, their employees are writing great reviews online for their salon.

Glad I never went to Transformations Salon! I live near Jacksonville so I'm glad to know this! I hope you have gotten your hair fixed now and are happy with the way it looks. It behooves me to no end that stylists on youtube bash me for helping people cut and color their own hair. I would rather screw up my own hair for free, than pay someone else to do it!
Also, when you told the stylist that your hair had been platinum blonde before you applied the semi permanent color, she should have known immediately that you have to be very careful about applying toners. Blonde hair grabs any color because it's extremely porous. She should have done a deep conditioning treatment first, (or used a filler) to help correct the porosity and should have been very careful about any colors she chose to use on your hair!
