Any ex-smoker will tell you that support was a huge part of their success.Tell all your friends and close family that you intend to stop using tobacco. They’ll rally round and support you, which will make you feel even less like you are doing this all by yourself.Use e-cigs in combination with taking exercise.
You will need something to replace the habit of smoking and exercise is a great alternative for obvious reasons. Why not get buff while you quit – then you’ll be even more attractive than you already are!
The key to long term quitting is to identify the causes of your smoking. Why do you smoke in the first place? Monitor every time you reach for the ecigarettes or e-cigs. Why are you doing it? Stress? Boredom? List the causes and learn to spot them coming. Then you won’t have a problem anymore.
