Take Vitamins to Reduce Herpes Symptoms

I noticed when I take a Jamieson multivitamin, herpes symptoms are kept to the minimum. Also when I feel symptoms wanting to come back, I take a 1/2 of the multivitamin in the morning and 1/2 before bed and symptoms go away!

Typically, I don't promote most multivitamins. You get what you pay for and most of the cheap multivitamins just don't measure up! Jamieson mulitivitamins are a much better choice than some others but in a comparison chart, Ultra Preventive X by Douglas Laboratories is a much better choice for about the same money. This is because they contain phytonutrients that are better absorbed and utilized by your body.

Your body craves nutrition but most of us don't get enough. Junk foods deplete reserves. As you grow older, this becomes even more relevant.

If you want to stay healthy and look younger longer, you must take antioxidant supplements that repel free radicals. The more free radicals your body has, the greater your risk of cancer, and the harder it becomes to fight disorders and diseases. The right vitamin supplements can help with symptoms of herpes but they do so much more!
