Swimming After Tinting Hair

I have brown hair but some ends have gone lighter in the sun from being on holiday. I quite like this and would like it all over so was thinking of having my hair tinted using foils. Would I be able to go swimming after I have had this done.

Yes, just be sure to properly condition your hair before and after you go swimming. You could also rinse your hair after you get out of the pool to ensure that the chemicals they use in pools, are quickly removed from your hair.

Chlorine can sometimes contain copper salts, which might get absorbed by porous hair, and turn your hair greenish. Make sure your hair is properly moisturized before hitting the pool and your hair should not absorb any copper salts that may be lurking in the pool!
