Get a Great Sun Tan the Anti Aging Way

This becomes especially true as we grow older but is rather important when we're young too. That's when most of the real sun damage can occur! I have used one every year for a long time, (I use a spf45), and still always have a nice tan:o) You should always use an SPF of 15 or higher.
