Stylists Don't Listen!

My complaint is that Stylists "DON'T LISTEN." Communication is always a problem. I take pics of my how I want my hair cut, pics of how I want my hair colored, and they don't listen and do it their way. I even had a stylist walk out on me when I told her I would not pay for her to redo my hair. She totally ruined my hair. She left me with color on my hair and exited the building. Could you say "UNPROFESSIONAL." Stricter regulations needs to be implemented on how Stylists treat customers, because hair color and cut can cost $125 and up. NOT CHEAP! *************** What? How horrible! I went into the business for the very same reasons you expressed. Stylists ever listened to me or what I wanted either! I became licensed so I'd be at least one person who actually paid attention to what my clients wanted! I never talked on the phone when I had a client. They always got 100% of my attention. Heck, they were paying for that time! You are right though. Stronger regulations do need to be in place. Just seems like no one really cares about you anymore or what you want. |
