Short Hairstyle with Long Fringe

My friend thinks it might be a 'flame over' but she doesn't know for sure. Can you help? Please and thank you!

I googled 'flame over hairstyle' and came up with nothing. A 'flame hairstyle' is usually done on a jagged or tapered cut. Hair is colored red hot at the roots, to red-orange at mid hair shaft, to pale yellow towards the ends of the hair.

The style in the pictures may not have a 'name' per sae. If it does, I have no clue. It simply looks to me like a short tapered cut in the back that's blended to a long fringe around the face. It should be fairly easy for most well trained hairstylists to replicate if you take in a picture.
