Scalp Damage from Bleach

I bleached my hair a couple of times and am noticing that I have bald spots or my hair is very thin and not growing as full as it use to. How can I replace the damage and start getting my hair to grow back like it used to? Also, how can I grow my hair faster because I want to have long hair but I also have split ends and know I need to cut it before it gets bad. My hair grows really slow.

It really sounds like you may have damaged your scalp with the bleach you used. Bleach should never be applied directly to the scalp. All hair color expands once its activated. Hair color (and bleach) should be carefully placed on hair roots!
Stop bleaching your hair and
trim your hair now before your
split ends get worse. It might also be beneficial for you to do a couple of
protein treatments with moisture to help mend your hair.
I would also start taking
Super Biotin everyday, to help your hair grow. You also need to take other
hair vitamins that aid
hair growth. Gentle scalp massage can also stimulate circulation in your hair follicles, which also helps.
