How to Remove Age Spots Naturally
There are many easy ways to remove age spots naturally. The method(s) you choose to treat them depends on how many you have, how dark they are, and your natural skin tone.
If you have a lighter skin tone, fading dark marks won’t be as noticeable. If you have a darker skin tone, fading them can lead to more skin discolorations or spotted-looking skin. There's a fine balance in there somewhere...
Fading an entire area, (for example your face) might be the least noticeable way to remove them, but it's a good idea to work on the darkest areas first.
If you don't already have them, the best way to avoid getting age spots is to stay out of the sun. Use wide spectrum sunblocks, wear hats and protective clothing, and stay indoors during the middle part of the day when the sun is highest and strongest. If you already have them, it's never too late. Protect yourself from the damaging rays of the sun and you can help prevent further damage!
You can help prevent liver spots if you stay out of the sun as much as possible and use sunless tanners for a natural looking tan if darker skin is something that's important to you.
There are many fade creams on the market that can help reduce your chances of ever getting them. However, there are many natural ways you can fade, reduce, and remove age spots too. In a down-turned economy, its helpful to know some unconventional ways to handle them.

Your diet has a direct effect on your the appearance of your skin. If you aren't eating nutritional foods, how can you expect your complexion to reflect anything good?
Avoid sweets, caffeine, alcohol, tobacco and junk foods. All of these contribute to aging and affect your skin negatively. Alcohol, especially, can be difficult to quit, so help with the over consumption of alcohol should be sought if necessary.
Avoid rancid oils. Refrigerate nuts, grains, and seeds after you open them. Try to avoid many fried foods as the hot cooking oils contain toxins that may damage your skin.
Eat Beta Carotene/Vitamin A rich foods such as carrots, spinach, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, mango, and cauliflower. Eat more potassium rich foods such as banana, potato, coconut-water, sweet potato, almonds, spinach, and ground-nuts.
Vitamin E helps slow down the aging process and aid in tissue (skin) repair. Include Vitamin E rich foods in your diet such as almonds, cashews, peanuts, and oils, like sunflower oil, sesame oil, and peanut oil. Also include Vitamin C rich foods such as kiwi, strawberries, papaya, oranges, and tomatoes.
