Rebonding after Highlights

Hi, I'd like to know if it's advisable to rebond my hair, after I've gotten highlights? I got them done about a year ago, and I was wondering if that would still make a difference?

I've spoken to a few people who work in salons, and they've repeatedly told me that it is possible, but it's risky as it may burn my hair.

That's completely up to you Sue. I can't guarantee results anymore than a hairdresser can. You have to decide what's best for you. It really depends on how many highlights you have and how well conditioned your hair really is.

Since it's been a year since you had highlights done, your hair should have had time to fully recover by now. I would heir on the side of caution if your hair isn't healthy. However, it your hair looks and feels healthy, then rebonding should be fine to do.
