Really Bad Haircut - Twice!

So last week I went to Hair Master to get my hair cut wile I was waiting for the bus. I just asked her to trim it since it was already above shoulder length and just needed a touch up. The stylist gave me a totally different hair cut than what I came in with, and the worst part was that there was not a piece of hair that was the same length or even front to back.

So today I went to a different Hair Master's to get it fixed thinking that since it was the same company they were kinda obligated to fix it free of charge. I cried the whole entire time (tears pouring off my face) while watching the lady just whack my hair until I looked like a boy.

Then after all that I still had to pay full price and she knew I hated it! How could she have missed that? Couldn't I like sue or something. I have lost my sense of self esteem!

OMG! Angela! I am so sorry sweetheart. Man you sure got the shiest! (And they call the salon chain Hair Masters?) I am always getting bashed by hairdressers for the videos I post on youtube, that help women take control of their own hair. Hairdressers shouldn't charge one dime for haircuts they mess up! That's the way it always used to be anyway! Salon's sure have changed over the years, haven't they? Even the best stylist's have off days but lets get real. Half the stylist's who hold a license shouldn't have them!

If only you'd have seen my how to trim your own hair video before you went the first time. I think women need to start complaining a LOT when they get bad cuts and colors from any salon. You can't sue but you can file a complaint against the salon chain with your state's Better Business Bureau. I don't know what state you're in but you can google it for an answer.

Your hairdresser didn't miss a thing. I am sure she saw you crying sweetheart. She just totally ignored your tears, obviously. Shame on her!
