If you want quick weight loss, then take it off baby! Of course I am talking about taking off weight, but there is another thing that you’ll want to take off too!
One of my favorite things to do is to take off my clothes! I use my clothes as a weight guideline during the winter months, but then as the weather starts getting warm, off with my clothes! And that is a good thing!

Sometimes when you take it all off, you don’t exactly like what you see after being covered up all winter long. However, if you stay covered up for too long, you won’t ever make your weight loss goals. You have got to be willing to take an honest look at yourself. If you see something you don't like, then change it.
Your mindset can make the difference between success and failure. Positive, negative? It's your decision! Those few extra pounds might just make the difference between looking lean and mean to looking chunky and funky!
This seems to be more of a problem the older you get! The less weight you take off each year, the more you are destined to weigh each year.
Be sure to make lists of the positive things you like about yourself and post them around your house. Remind yourself of your good points instead of your negative issues. Your self esteem and confidence will sky rocket as you remind yourself of the good things you like about yourself. The happier you are with yourself, the more likely you will be to succeed with your weight loss goals!
Don’t think you have to be bone thin either! You just have to be satisfied in your own skin. If your body type won’t allow you to be bone thin, don’t try to be. Quick weight loss happens when you try to be the best you can for your body type.

Studies have shown that diets higher in leaner protein help you lose more weight! Fatty meats won't help you so make sure that you get the leanest cuts you can find. Protein bars and protein shakes can help you lose weight!
Reduce Fat Consumption
Diets too high in fat promote obesity. You should strive to consume no more than 25% of your calories from fat which should be non-saturated fat.
Sweets
Simple table sugar in can lead to increased calorie consumption. While sugar doesn’t do as much dietary damage as fat, you’ll find that when you eat sweets, you simply want to eat more of everything. Sugar also causes your body to excrete chromium. Why's that bad? Chromium is a mineral that helps your body build calorie-burning lean tissue that helps with quick weight loss, so you want to keep your chromium levels up.
Water
According to numerous studies, consuming more plain, ordinary water every day helps you lose weight fast. Water not only acts as a solvent for many vitamins and minerals but also is responsible for helping to flush fat cells out of your body. As a rule of thumb, you should drink a half-ounce of water for every pound of body weight. If you're very active, increase your water intake to two-thirds of an ounce per pound of body weight daily. So if you weighed 100 pounds, you should drink 50 ounces of water a day as a minimum.
Eat More Fiber
You can curb your hunger by increasing your intake of dietary fiber. Fiber fills you up, not out, so you feel full but eat less. Experts recommend eating more fruits, vegetables and whole grain cereals.

Some researchers believe that being overweight is the result of people craving foods that they are allergic to. For these people, weight loss is extremely difficult until they figure out what the trigger foods are and eliminate them from their diets.
