Quick Weight Loss – Take It Off Baby!

If you want quick weight loss, then take it off baby! Of course I am talking about taking off weight, but there is another thing that you’ll want to take off too!

One of my favorite things to do is to take off my clothes! I use my clothes as a weight guideline during the winter months, but then as the weather starts getting warm, off with my clothes!

And that is a GOOD THING!

Sometimes when I TAKE IT OFF, I don’t exactly like what I see after I’ve been covered up all winter long trying to stay warm.

Here’s the thing though. If you stay covered up for too long, you won’t make your weight loss goals before bathing suit weather rolls around. You have got to be willing to take an honest look at yourself. If you see something you don't like, then change it. It's your mindset you have that usually makes the difference between success and failure. Positive, negative? It's your decision!

Its usually those few extra pounds that make the difference between looking lean and mean to looking chunky and flabby!

and do inventory!





This seems to be more of a problem the older you get! The less you take off during the years, the more you're destined to weigh each year.

How can you tell if what you look like undressed, if you cover up with baggy clothes and don’t look?

If you cover up and don’t look, then you are probably in denial, and you won’t lose any weight that way!!!

The other thing you can do is to wear your clothes, even if they’re tight.

It might look a bit 'yikes' when you wear them and be a bit uncomfortable, but do it. When you wear tight clothes you feel uncomfortable and this is one of the best ways to ‘force the issue’. If you don’t feel comfortable, you’re more likely to want to ‘change it’.

SO TAKE IT OFF BABY AND LOOK AT YOURSELF!

If you don’t like what you see, then do something about it! It only takes the first step, then it gets easier I promise.

Take baby steps though.

Rome was not built in a day and the excess weight you are carrying around didn’t happen overnight. Be realistic. Set realistic goals.

Do one thing everyday that will lead you to a healthy, happy body.

Make lists of the positive things you like about yourself and post them around your house. Remind yourself of your virtues instead of your negative issues. Your self esteem and confidence will sky rocket, as you remind yourself of the good things you like about yourself. The happier you are with yourself, the more likely you will be to succeed with weight loss goals!

Don’t think you have to be bone thin! You just have to be satisfied in your own skin. If your body type won’t allow you to be thin, don’t try to be. Quick weight loss happens when you try to be the best you can for your body type. You will lose weight if you're brave enough to look!
