Prevent Red Color Bleeding on Blonde Hair

I recently dyed my hair red and bleached the undertone blonde. I've gone red before and know that the colour does wash out a bit for the first little while so I'm trying to figure out how to prevent the red from bleeding into the blonde. If it bleeds, would purple shampoo take the reddish colour out of the blonde? I'm really nervous to shower and would prefer to not wash my hair in two steps seeing as I have very long hair. Thank you!

If I understand this correctly, the top of your hair is red but blonde underneath?
This is a real dilemma for you. Have you solved the problem yet? I would not opt for a purple shampoo on the bleached hair cause it could turn your hair pink instead. Of course, if the red color fades into your bleached hair, this could also turn your blonde hair pink.
Even if you just rinse your hair and don't wash it, the red color is bound to run into the blonde.
If the blonde hair is properly moisturized however, you'll have far less bleeding concerns for a transference of red color. Moisturize your blonde hair several times before you try washing it. You could also use a heavy conditioner on the blonde section (leave it in your hair) and then wash the red hair first in the shower. After the water runs clear, then wash the blonde hair.
You could try washing your hair in the sink so that the blonde hair will be on top and the red color is underneath. Since your hair is so long, you may need help.
In any event, using a purple shampoo on just bleached hair is not recommended. Use a regular (no color) shampoo and
conditioner for chemically treated hair only.
