Premature Hair Loss from Overprocessing

I hope you can help set my mind at ease a bit. I am a 25 year old woman with fine, thin hair, but I USED to have ENOUGH.
I have been using a flat iron on a daily basis for years without any problem over than frizzy damaged hair. I have a bigger problem now. Last March I had highlights done in attempt to go Blonde. Big mistake. I used to have highlights done in the summer months but this time I wanted to go completely Blonde. I went to a Salon where a friend of mine works as a stylist and had her highlight my hair in March, April, May, June, July AND August. I don't know why she allowed me to get my hair bleached that many times so close together, but she did. She did foil and put me under the dryer. It looked good but my hair got REALLY dried out and I couldn't even run my fingers through my hair.
I noticed that It was breaking at the top layer because that's where most of the blonde was. She said it was ok and it would give me volume. I was using a flat iron and washing my hair every day and not doing anything to condition it.
In September I decided to go back to dark brown like I have always been so I had her color it. After that I colored it myself in October, Nov, Dec, and Jan. I used Ion color from Sallys. I noticed in December that my hair looked thinner. I really noticed how thin it got at the center top of my head in January.
I have since been using Its a 10 Hair Mask frequently, Nexxus Emergencee repair, and not using much heat besides my blow dryer on low, followed by the cool setting. I also only wash my hair every other day and use conditioner only on the off days and rinse with cold water when I'm finished in the shower.
My concern is will my hair get full again? Will the hair grow back at the top of my head. The hair loss isnt TERRIBLE but it's thinner on top and you can see scalp more. Basically the combination of too much bleach too frequently, and using the flat iron every day along with just not taking good care of my fine hair has resulted in this premature thinning. Will it grow back or will it remain this way or get worse?
Thank you, Alicia

There is no way to guarantee that your hair will grow back Alicia but it should.
Remember that the hair that's broken off near the roots will take years to catch up with the rest of your hair. There is no instant fix.
Super Biotin (
b vitamin) can really help expedite
hair growth but that too, takes time to work.
You might also massage your scalp regularly (with the pads of your fingertips) when you're shampooing. Massage helps increase circulation, which assists hair growth too.
When you're
coloring your hair, do not overlap over hair that's previously been colored. Only color your roots to maintain your hair color. Coloring root to tip each time you color can also contribute to hair breakage.
Occasionally, you can do a soap cap to refresh color or use a semi permanent color if your color has faded a lot.
Your hair should grow back but be patient. Your hair has been through a lot in the past so give it the time it needs to recover.
