Perms and Hair Color
( )
I dyed my hair a reddish brown colour and I want to get a perm but if the reddish colour grows out would I be able to dye my whole hair a brown or would I just have to leave it or dye the roots red? I'm clueless about this and my natural hair colour is dark brown.

I am not sure of the question completely but I can tell you this. Anytime you perm your hair, your hair color will lighten some. Here are some tips however.
Get your perm. Wait until your perm has had time to absorb fully into your hair cuticle, which is generally a few days. Then wash and condition your hair as directed by your stylist.
Give your hair about another week and then you can color your hair again to the color of your choice.
If only your roots need touching up, then only color your roots. If your overall hair color has lightened too much for you, then do a root to tip color with the darker color of your choice. Make sense?
