Perming Rebonded Hair

My hair was rebonded last week. Now, it is really frizzy and dry. It's not even straight anymore. I usually get my hair permed. Can I perm my hair again and how soon?

Before perming your hair, you will need to do some damage control first.
Rebonding and perming are both permanent chemical processes until they grow out or wear off. (Depends on what chemicals are used, how well they take, and how strong the products are, among other variables like your hair texture and pattern.)
I would recommend that you use a
hair reconstructor,
deep conditioning hair treatment or a
protein treatment with moisture a few times, until your hair comes back to life. Then you can think about perming your hair.
If you don't wait long enough or recondition your hair enough, the perm won't take anyway. Better to heir on the side of caution and exercise a little hair patience, than to damage your hair further or waste money, right?
