Orange Is Not a Hair Colour!

My worst salon experience.....

I went to get my hair dyed a lighter shade of blonde (my hair was already fairly light)and have hair extensions put in. So I get there for the consultation and I say yeah this is what I want and they said yep that's fine but you will have to pay in advance cause we need to order the hair extensions.

I was like oh ok, here's the $900 dollars! (stupid!) So I went back the next week to have it done. After having the colour put in and they finished blowdrying my hair, I looked up to see my hair was bright orange at the front, white blonde at the back and had snapped off to my shoulders!

I said ah my hair is orange...! The hairdresser said oh it's not that bad and the extensions will still match.

She holds them up to my head she must have been color blind they were a completely different color.

I said I cant put those in my hair now (as my hair was obviously over bleached AND HAD STARTED TO SNAP OFF!) so i asked for a refund on the hair not even mentioning a refund on the hair color and they said...

Well if you don't want us to put them in now that's your decision not ours. We are happy to put them in and we have already paid for someone to come down and put them in for u so we can't do a refund.

I was so pissed off. I walked out of there paying $900 for a horrible hair color and ruined hair. The worst hairdressers ever!

Oh my gosh Annie. That's awful! The rates they charged you were terribly high. I hope everything's not that expensive in your country! I also hope you have gotten your hair healthy again at least! I think just about every woman's had orange hair once or twice in their life. I know I did! Anyone else reading this who has, can comment below!
