Filippo Berio cold pressed OO will cost you around $10 for a 34 Fl. oz. bottle of at Walmart. The price has definitely gone up but the lesser value brands won't be Cold Pressed. For normal cooking, one bottle should last about 2 months, so it’s still really a good buy. You just gotta be willing to 'pay it forward'.

Cold Pressing is a very slow and natural way Oil is cured. It keeps the essential and beneficial elements of the oil in the oil itself. If you are not using 'Cold Pressed', then you are making a big mistake. It doesn’t cost much more to buy than the processed Olive Oil that you can buy in regular stores.
Use Extra Virgin Cold Pressed in your cooking. You can even use it for frying. You just have to use less of it, as it is a thicker oil than a 'Lite' version and therefore takes doesn’t deep fry very well.
