The following nutritional assessment is a tool that should be used for introspection.
It will help you better understand your own personal habits and lifestyle choices.
It is not meant to be judgemental but rather intended to bring you enlightenment.
The answers you give should be used as a guide to either help you: 1) change bad habits or 2) keep good habits.

Its sometimes easier to decide what you don't want in life, by first knowing what you do want. Think about those sentences you circled with mindfulness and awareness. If they are 'bad' habits, can you change them? Are you willing to try? Change can occur when we acknowledge awareness!Awareness is the first step to change.
