The Secret Sources of MSG

MSG, otherwise known as monosodium glutamate, is a common food ingredient but has many different unassuming names! This questionable additive has been hidden from the consumer but that's exactly why it's so important to know what's in your food!

Even though it's supposed to be good for you, it's been cleverly concealed because manufacturers don’t want you to know it's there! If it's so good for you, why hide it? This just doesn't make a lick of sense!

Monosodium glutamate is found in every chicken dish served at KFC. That's exactly why it's so "finger licking good!" Add to that fact, the chickens at KFC are given vast amounts of steroids to make the serving sizes BIGGER. They also subject their chickens to inhumane living conditions that should NEVER be permitted! I stopped eating their food long ago and suggest that everyone do the same! Colonel Sanders would not be pleased!

The weird thing is that the food at KFC may actually have a slight edge over foods served in Chinese restaurants when it comes to said content.

It's also been added to the foods at: Taco Bell, McDonald's, Wendy’s, Burger King, Hardees, TGIF, Chilis, Applebee's and Denny's. And that’s just the tip of the iceburg lettuce.
