Medium Ash Blonde Hair Color with Fair Skin

I am 50 yrs young. I have fair skin and hazel eyes. I use Linen color from Natural instincts. Is this a good color for my skin type and eye color combination? My natural color when younger was a medium brown. Would this color wash out my hazel eyes? What do you recommend?

Its natural for women to go 'lighter' in hair color when they get older. According to Clairol's site, Linen is a medium ash blonde color. A medium golden blonde color might also be a good choice, because the golds and reds in the color help to warm up fair skin and eye color.
Lighter hair helps hide
gray hair and is easier to keep up with as you age. My natural hair color is dark brown but I choose to have light brown hair now that I'm in my 50's also.
A medium brown hair color might be too dark for your light skin now. The contrast might be too 'noticeable'.
The most critical part of any applied hair color, is your personal opinion. If you like it, stick with it! If you don't, then change it. What you think is more important than what anybody else thinks.
