Effective Liver Flush for Gall Stones

Google

Use a liver flush to get rid of gallstones and various other chronic problems associated with them. This flush is designed to clean out fatty deposits that build up in the liver that cause gallstones.

It also helps to get rid of related allergies, bursitis, digestive problems, and upper back pain. Gallstones can trap bacteria and promote fungal growth which make your liver less efficient. Why is the liver so important?

Your liver is a very important organ, indeed! In fact, I refer to it as 'the most important organ in the body'. It is one of only two body organs that can completely regenerate is its taken care of properly! (The other organ is the skin~)

Liver Flush and Western Medicine

The liver is also called 'the great chemical factory' because of its numerous, various functions.

It removes harmful toxins and wastes, and stores glycogen (helps regulate blood sugar), amino acids, protein and fat. If your liver is not functioning at maximum capacity, a hazardous build up of toxins can occur.

Living in a world full of toxins and pollution, and eating processed and unwholesome foods, its no wonder that we risk greater toxicity from contaminants in our environment, externally and internally.

It is the job of the liver to make bile, 1 - 1.5 quarts daily. The liver is full of very small tubes, (biliary tubing), that deliver the bile to one large tube. (the common bile duct) The gallbladder is attached to the common bile duct and acts as a storage for bile. Eating fats or proteins trigger the gallbladder to squeeze itself empty and then stored bile finishes its trip down the common bile duct to the intestine.

Gallstones pick up bacteria, viruses, and parasites that are passing through the liver. Cumulations of infection are formed, which constantly provides the body with fresh bacteria. Stomach infections such as ulcers or intestinal bloating can’t be cured without removing gallstones from the liver.

For many people, including children, the biliary tubing is choked with gallstones. This reduces gall bladder function and if this is not reversed, surgery may be suggested to remove the gall bladder. This however does not work because the liver still produces bile and stones can still form!

Contraindications for the Liver flush

  • Never do a liver flush when you're constipated. Also, you can't clean a liver with living parasites in it. You won't remove many stones, and might feel sick. You can get rid of parasites quickly and easily this way or by doing a complete parasite cleansing program 3 weeks prior to the liver flush.
  • Never do this cleanse when sick or ill.
  • Do not take during pregnancy or lactation. Keep away from children.
  • For adults 16 years and over only.
  • Never cleanse when you have pain in your stomach, liver, or gallbladder.
  • Should you have a medical concern, consult with your health care professional.

    Liver Flush Instructions

*Please read all the way through several times before you try it.

In the Morning - Eat a low fat breakfast and lunch the day of the liver flush. Eat wholesome, simple foods such as oatmeal with fruit, fruit juice, toast with preserves or honey (no dairy products please), baked potato, rice, or steamed vegetables with salt only.

These wholesome foods allow bile to build up and develop pressure in the liver. (Higher pressure pushes out more stones.)

2:00 PM - Do not eat or drink after 2 pm. If you eat anything, you could feel quite ill later. Get the Epsom salts ready. Mix 4 tbs. Epsom Salts in 3 cups water and pour this into a container. (This makes four servings, 3/4 Cups each serving.)

Set the jar in the refrigerator to get cold. (For convenience and taste only). (You can substitute 3 cups water with 3 cups freshly pressed grapefruit juice, or freshly pressed apple juice.)

6:00 PM – Its time to drink one serving, (3/4 C.), of the cold Epsom salts. If you did not prepare this ahead of time, mix 1 tbs. in 3/4 C. cold water now. (To improve the taste, you may add 1/8 tsp. of Vitamin C powder.)

Guzzling the mixture is also helpful!

You may also drink a few sips of water afterwards or rinse your mouth. At this time, you may want to go ahead and get the Grapefruit Juice and Olive Oil out, so you’ll have it ready.

You may also omit the first dose at 6 p.m. If you do take only one dose, at 8 p.m. Nothing else will change. Many people still get rid of their stones with one less dose. If you skip the 6pm dose, then try to do the full course liver flush next time.

8:00 PM - Repeat by drinking another 3/4 C. of Epsom salts. You will not feel hungry even though your last meal was hours ago. Get your bedtime chores done. Timing is critical.

9:45 PM - Pour 1/2 C. Olive oil into a container with a lid. Wash the outside of the grapefruit twice in hot water and dry; cut, and squeeze by hand into a measuring cup. Remove the pulp of the grapefruit to the juice. You can use a fork to help get the pulp out of the grapefruit. You should have at least 1/2 C. – 3/4 C. juice. If you don’t you may add some lemon juice and water to increase the amount. Add the grapefruit juice to the olive oil. Also add the Black Walnut Tincture if you’re using it. Close the jar tightly with the lid and shake hard until watery.

You may find that you will need to use the bathroom. Please do so but don't be more than 15 minutes late for the next dose as this diminishes the effect of the liver flush. You will not get as many stones if you wait too long.

10:00 PM - Drink the Olive Oil and grapefruit juice mix. To avoid the taste, you may want to use a straw to drink the mixture or pinch your nose together while drinking it or guzzle it. However, you’ll need to stand up when you drink it. Drink the entire mix within 5 minutes. Elderly persons may take up to 15 minutes to drink it.

Take your sleeping pills now if you require them!

Lie down immediately. The sooner you lie down the more stones you will get out. Get ready for bed ahead of time. Don't clean up the kitchen or find other things to do. Do everything you can beforehand.

Try to lie down flat on your back with your head propped up on a few pillows. Try to envision whats happening in the liver. Keep as still as possible for at least 20 minutes. Find a good show to watch on TV if you like. You may feel the stones traveling along the bile ducts. There is no pain associated with this because the bile duct valves are open now thanks to the Epsom salts. Try and go on to sleep if you can. This is the best suggestion!

6.00 AM or later the next morning. - Upon awakening take the third dose of Epsom salts. If you have indigestion or nausea wait until that’s gone before drinking the Epsom salts. You may go back to bed if you like. (Expect diarrhea at some point in the morning.)

2 Hours Later - Take your fourth and final dose of Epsom salts. You may go back to bed again. (Optionally you can take a second dose of the Olive oil mixture and delay the last dose of Epsom salts for 2 hours. This can produce a greater effect)

2 Hours Later - After the final dose of Epsom salts you may start eating again. Start with fruit juice first then half an hour later you can eat fruit. One hour later you may eat regular food but keep it light. By supper time you should feel recovered.

    Did the Liver Flush Work?

Your bowel movements should contain a lot of gall stones. If you want to know what they look like, envision the stones at a river bank. This is exactly what they will look like, in various shapes and sizes!

They can be green, white, red, or tan in color. Only bile from the liver is pea green. If you don’t eat much fiber your bowel movements might sink to the bottom of the toilet, but gallstones will usually float because of the cholesterol they contain.

Count them if you can. (Use a flashlight if you need one!) You will need a total of at least 2,000 stones before the liver is clean enough to rid of allergies, bursitis, digestive problems, or upper back pain permanently.

The first liver cleanse gets rid of your stones for a few days, but as the first stones are eliminated, more will travel forward and may give you the same symptoms again. You may repeat liver cleanses at two week intervals.

Sometimes, the bile ducts are full of cholesterol crystals that did not form into stones. They appear as unidentified floating objects on the top of the toilet water, which might be tan in color. This substance harbors millions of the tiny white crystals which did not form into a stone. It is equally important to get rid of these.

    Liver Flush and Western Medicine

This liver flush procedure may be viewed as contraversial to western Medical practices. The method however, has been used by millions and is safe for everyone except persons who suffer from chronic constipation or chronic kidney problems. Please see the list of contraindications.

Although gall stones are thought to be formed in the gall bladder, they are not. They are instead formed in the liver. Many people however, have gall bladder attacks which are painful. This is because by the time the stones are discovered, they have gotten quite large in size, and are causing acute inflammation. When the bladder is removed the acute attacks are gone, but bursitis and other pains and digestive problems may still exist.

People who have had their gallbladders removed can still develop stones.

With the high prevalence of gallbladder removal in the US and world wide, consider the benefits of keeping the liver healthy using the liver flush! Using inexpensive, simple ingredients, you clear up gallstones and their related problems and do not require medical intervention, which saves you money!
