Lift Dark Blonde Roots

I dyed my hair ultra light blond 1290 from Sally's. My hair at the back is light but my roots are a darker blonde. What should I do?

If I understand you correctly, just your roots are darker blonde? If so, the easiest way to correct this is to lift only your roots. In other words, apply the same blonde color to your roots. Once they look like they're lifted to the same color as the rest of your hair, go ahead and remove the color.
You'll need to keep a close check on them though. You can easily see how much they're lifting by scraping away (with the end of a rat tail comb) a small amount of color from one small section of hair, and looking at it. If its not finished lifting yet, push the color back in place and allow it to keep processing.
Keep in mind that your roots are right next to your scalp. The color should lift faster cause there's more heat from your head to speed up the process!
If you typically go out into the sun a lot in the summer though, why not let the sun lift the color? You can apply lemon juice to the darker color and go out into the sun and allow it to dry. (Move your hair around as you're sitting so you expose more of the root area.) Or go to the beach for a day and play in the surf. Your hair will lift doing these things too, and its all natural!
