Is washing your hair everyday bad?

Is washing your hair everyday bad? I have oily hair if I skip a day it gets greasy and oily.
When washing my hair I only use shampoo but no conditioner, and the results after my hair dries is pretty good. My hair is soft and nice.
I don't use any heat e.g. blow drying, straightening iron or curler. I only use an anti-frizz serum after washing.

As long as your hair looks and feels healthy, you should have no problems washing your hair everyday. The main problem is that although your hair may look and feel nice, you are not allowing the natural oils your sebaceous glands make to coat and protect your hair. Over time, this process may dry out your hair.
Have you tried organic shampoos or
shampoos for oily hair? You might be able to get away with washing your hair less frequently if you could find a product that allowed for that.
Also, as you can imagine, conditioning your hair becomes more vital the longer the length of your hair. If you have shoulder length or longer hair, you should use a
conditioning treatment on your hair at least once a month to boost elasticity and restore strength.
More often than not,
oily hair is a result of hormone fluctuations. It would be good to not wash your hair everyday every now and then, just to make sure your hair still looks oily. If you wash hair that's not actually oily too often, you strip the natural oils that keep your
hair healthy.
