Is thin hair that breaks easily alright to perm?

Is there a lite perm for thin hair, that breaks easy?

Most all perms are low acid perms, which means that they are less damaging than they used to be. However, if your hair already breaks easily, its not a good idea to perm it. Perms should only be applied to healthy, strong hair.

Since your hair is prone to breakage, I would suggest that you get into some routine to help build up your hair to cut down on breakage.
