Is thin hair that breaks easily alright to perm?

Is there a lite perm for thin hair, that breaks easy?

*************

Most all perms are low acid perms, which means that they are less damaging than they used to be. However, if your hair already breaks easily, its not a good idea to perm it. Perms should only be applied to healthy, strong hair.

Since your hair is prone to breakage, I would suggest that you get into some routine to help build up your hair to cut down on breakage.
