Internal Cleanse for Better Health



If you want better health, an internal cleanse can be highly beneficial.

Toxins are everywhere. You just can't avoid them. You can acquire environmental exposure to toxins from your water supply, food supply, and the air you breathe.

There are chemical toxins found in the various forms of medicines consumed. The amount of sugars and processed foods that's consumed contaminates your body, along with the stimulants and sedatives used.

Last year alone in the U.S., over 28 billion prescriptions were filled. We have become a nation of sickness and disease instead of wellness. We are not the only ones paying the price though. Our children are becoming sick too. There are hundreds of new studies which all link toxins to disease and illness.

Most physicians don't discuss nutrition with their patients. They simply don't have the time to tell us about the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. John Harvey Kellogg, famous surgeon and the father of Kellogg's Corn Flakes, believed that the bowels could be the origin of most health problems, hence his creation of a bran cereal to aid in colon function. He maintained that 90% of disease is due to improper functioning of the colon. After performing over 20,000 colon surgeries, Dr. Kellogg exclaimed that he had never seen one healthy colon.

Benefits of an Internal Cleanse

Common sense tells us that if we retain the contents of our colon, the result will be disease of the body which can originate in the colon. Since newly formed cancer cells escape destruction by the immune system, (due to the effects of autointoxication), we are literally poisoning ourselves into illness when bowel evacuation is deficient and not handling what's consume properly. That's just one reason it's imperative to do an internal cleanse from time to time.

For many years, scientists have been studying the pollutants in our air, water, food, and soil. The U.S. industries alone manufacture over 6 trillion pounds of 9,000 different chemicals a year, which does not include the toxins manufactured in foreign countries. They all dump billions of pounds of industrial chemicals into our air and water year after year. Scientists have started to examine pollution levels in humans and their findings are deeply disturbing as unnerving.

Research clearly proves that our bodies are not capable of eliminating all the environmental toxins and chemicals we inhale and ingest each day. They accumulate in our cells (especially fat cells), tissues, blood, organs (such as the colon, liver and brain) and remain stored for an indefinite length of time.

They also cause numerous health problems if they are not eliminated by an internal cleanse from time to time.

We are all unavoidably bombarded with carcinogenic substances every day. We all need more antioxidant protection that we can't always get from just eating well. This is true even more so now, as our food substance is just not the same healthy food we consumed years ago. Our soils have been leached of the various nutrients and minerals that our bodies need to properly process the foods we consume. Now our food is stuffed with steroids, trans fats, vast amounts of preservatives and sodium by products, that our bodies were not made to handle in abundance.

Fiber is a natural choice when you detoxify your body and do an internal cleanse.

High fiber foods from highest to lowest fiber include: Lentils, Black Beans, Lima Beans, Baked Beans, Peas, Brussel Sprouts, Whole Wheat Spaghetti, Pears, Bran Flakes, Turnip Greens, Baked Potato w/ Skin OR Sweet Potato w/out Skin, Corn, and Oatmeal.

Eat lots of these foods maintain proper bowel movements and remove toxins from your body. If you find that you're bowels are bound up and you can't seem to get the relief you need from extra fiber in your diet, it may be time for an internal cleanse.

Time for an Internal Cleanse?

How do you know when it's time to do an internal cleanse and free your body of accumulated toxins, parasites, and other waste materials?

If you experience one or more of the following, then it's time to detoxify your body:

  • Frequent fatigue and low energy

  • Flatulence, gas, and bloating
    Excess weight

  • Food/seasonal allergies

  • Impaired digestion

  • The first step of any cleansing program of this kind, is to cleanse your intestinal tract with specific herbs and nutrients formulated specifically to do this. You need to eliminate all the accumulated toxic plaque, debris, and parasites in your intestines.

  • After you cleanse your body, you have to replenish it and feed it with highly targeted nutrients and resupply the good bacteria that protects the delicate flora balance in your colon. This delicate balance plays a major role in your immunity.

    Cleansing ingredients should include detoxifying herbs, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. When you detoxify your body, you eliminate toxins in your liver, blood, brain, tissues, and cells.
