Hydrogen peroxide turned my gray hair orange

I used hydrogen peroxide to brighten my gray hair but it turned it orange instead. I tried this product called yellow out as well as apple cider vinegar and white vinegar but nothing is helping. Please help. I loved my hair but now it looks terrible.
