how to prevent hair breakage

I have dyed my hair multiple times this past year, but even before that, my hair has always broken off mid-strand. I have super thin hair, so that doesn't help much either.

How can I prevent my hair from breaking?

**************

When you color your hair, it actually adds a layer to your hair, so coloring thin hair actually should increase the texture of your hair.

If your hair was already breaking off beforehand, you most likely need some hair reinforcement. Hair is made of protein (Keratin), which keeps its tensile strength. Hair also needs moisture to keep its spring. Therefore, it would be a good idea to do several of each kind of treatment a couple times a month until your hair stops breaking off.
