The most successful weight loss comes from people who have weight loss at the top of their priority list! - Cut out processed foods as much as possible. Processed foods are hard for your body to process. The more processed foods you consume, the harder your elimination will be. Fibrous foods like fresh vegetables and fruits are must more cleansing to the bowels and easier to digest and process in your body! - Don't eat a large meal in the evening when you'll have little opportunity for exercise afterwards. It's best to eat more at the times when you are going to be the most active. Eat a healthy breakfast, a well balanced larger lunch, and a light dinner. - Eat slowly and chew your food thoroughly. - Don't eat while you're doing things like watching TV, using the computer, or doing homework. If you just must munch, settle for low calorie foods more often and junk foods less often - Don’t fry foods. Try broiling, grilling, baking, or pan frying in Cold Pressed Olive Oil. - If you must snack, stock the cupboards and fridge with low calorie snacks, raw vegetables and fruits, and low fat yogurt. - Cut out sauces.
