After a perm, I used Shimmering Lights shampoo and it turned my hair pink. I have tried peroxide to remove it also used bleach and nothing will work.

After a perm, your hair is very porous. Its not a good time to be using products that contain any color in them, because your hair will quickly absorb any tints in the color.
Because Shimmer Lights is a purple shampoo, your hair picked up the purple tint, which left your hair with a pink tint. Thank gosh it didn't pick up all the color.
Using a
hair color remover might be the simplest answer. If you're looking for a more natural remedy, you could also try using several rinses of apple cider vinegar. After you try either one of these suggestions, you'll need to use
deep hair conditioning treatments several times to remoisturize!
Next time you get a perm, wait before you apply any products that have a tint to them. Be sure your hair is totally moisturized before you try a hair product like a purple shampoo.
Hair porosity is extremely important!
If nothing helps, try and give it some time. Using a harsh shampoo several times could help pull out the color but trying to wash the color out of your hair might also hinder. The more you wash your hair, the more color you'll lose, but this will also cause your perm to lose it's ability to hold. You must decide which is more important. Keeping the perm longer or getting the pink color out of your hair.
