How to Create Angled Bangs

I know a girl with a beautiful haircut, one which I've been trying to achieve without much luck... I was hoping someone could tell me what I would ask for at a hair salon if I wanted this haircut. I have some links for pictures.

It's mostly her bangs and the way her hair falls.

Sweetheart, she's just got long bangs that have grown out from shorter bangs most likely, that are swept over to the side in an exaggerated side part. (way off to the side)

When you cut your bangs straight across but then sweep them over to the side, it creates an angled look.
