Horrible Haircut!

I just came from getting my hair cut (March 5th) and highlighted. I thought that I would go to a salon that specializes in organic and non-amonia based products. Probably mistake number one. I had very long hair and she butchered it she cut it way shorter in layers than I asked for. I really can't understand because I was feeling uncomfortable the whole time she was cutting my hair and asking how short are you cutting my hair! She just kept cutting! Then she highlighted my hair, well it doesn't even look as though she highlighted it. In a word it is awful. I have thick hair and the way she cut my hair makes it look like a helmet on my head. All I can do now is wear it in a pony tail till it grows out! All that for $168.00!!! What an absolute joke! I called her after I got home and washed my hair to see if there was anything that I could do. The first thing that I did was to cut the front piece because it was way longer than the rest of my hair and looked rather hideous. Anyway, I am really, really disappointed and unhappy with the way this stylest/business owner both cut my hair and coloured it. I won't ever go back to her salon.....NEVER! ***************** I am so sorry she cut off all your beautiful hair! There ought to be a way to stop this madness! Why stylists insist on 'doing their own thing' instead of 'listening to their clients' I have no clue. Its a real shame though! So much hair! So many tears!
