Easy Hemorrhoids Relief
Hemorrhoids relief is not as hard as you might think. By definition, hemorrhoids are an abnormally enlarged vein. Irritations around the enlarged veins can cause itching, burning, and swelling. How do we get them? And better yet, how do we get rid of them?
I remember the first time I got one of these. Hhhhmmmmmmmm, as if it was just yesterday~ The itch alone is enough to drive you crazy(er)!~ These little or sometimes big 'appendages' can really be aggravating! Sure there are a lot of MESSY medicines out there that don’t work worth a hoot. How can you keep an ointment 'in place' on this area? The answer is that 'you can't!'! Hemorrhoids can give you a lot of grief! They can be very uncomfortable and bleed sometimes. They can also be located internally or externally.
Straining to have a bowel movement is the #1 cause of hemorrhoids. This may happen if you're constipated for several days. It may also happen if you sit on the toilet too long. Hemorrhoids are caused by an increase in pressure of the veins of your anus or rectum. Heredity, aging, lifting heavy objects, severe coughing, childbirth, infections, Obesity, diarrhea, standing for long periods, and even sitting too long can also contribute to hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are swollen veins in your rectum or anus. The type you have depends on where it occurs. There are typically three different kinds. Internal hemorrhoids involve the veins inside the rectum. They usually don't hurt and may bleed painlessly. Prolapsed hemorrhoids may stretch down and bulge outside the anus. They may go back inside your rectum on its own, or you can push it back inside. External hemorrhoids involve the veins outside the anus and can be itchy or painful and can sometimes bleed. She was experiencing some bleeding from the rectum and was scared. I calmed her down and told her that she probably had a bleeding hemorrhoid. My girlfriend stated that she wanted to go see the doctor and have it checked out. Since it wasn't constant bleeding, and she had no other symptoms, I proposed that she try and solve the problem first using a simple method. If it didn’t get better very soon or got suddenly worse, then it would be best that she should immediately seek a physician’s care. I had a great suggestion for her and I will tell you exactly what I told her to do to get hemorrhoids relief! My girlfriend tried my suggestions and a few short days later, all of her symptoms had disappeared. NO DOCTOR REQUIRED! Whatever you do, Don’t buy the 'ointment' is the # 1 rule! It’s just too messy unless you 'insert it' into you. (Boy is that a lot of fun!) NOT! The wipes don't work either, so don't waste your money on them. If you just have to try the wipes, a less expensive suggestion would be to just buy a bottle of witch hazel and apply it with some generic baby wipes. Witch hazel is the main ingredient in the wipes.
