Help Bring Chase Bank Down!

by Josh Parker
(Baltimore, MD)

I have had a similar experience!

Chase Bank bought my credit card account from Washington Mutual and raised my rate to 27.24%. I have had this account since 2001 and have never made a late payment. I usually pay more than the minimum payment.

I am in the process of formulating a plan to bring JP Morgan Chase to its knees.

If anyone else out there wants to join, please send me an email to: jzparker at yahoo.com

Please put "Bring Chase Bank Down" in the subject line.

The basics of my plan are this:

1. Enroll as many people as possible.

2. Ask people who already have credit problems to hold back on a payment in a designated month.

This plan only works on a large scale. If we can get 1 million people to hold back $100 each, that means they will have $100 million less in one month. I'm working on a legal strategy to hold the payments in escrow at a law firm so that we have a bargaining chip with Chase.

If anyone has legal or marketing experience, please let me know in your email.

Thanks,
Josh Parker

Gosh Josh! Initially, that sounds like a good plan, but it is an overwhelming amount of people you will need to hold back payments. Still, our government is spending trillions on these corporations, so one million looks smaller than it used to! I would be willing to do it, but the technicalities would have to be ironed out. I will send you an email so you can hold my information.

What inflames me even further, is that so-called budgeting guru's are still pushing us to 'call our creditors' and ask for a decreased rate on our balances. (Just saw this on the news a few days ago...)

Two or three years ago, this would have worked, but it won't now. I begged, pushed, provoked, and bargained with the supervisors I talked to, and got nothing. You simply can't barter your rate down anymore. Banks are closing the door on us, and leaving us holding the bag. We are sentenced and prosecuted but haven't committed the crime! They did!

Banks like Chase Bank Credit Card, raised our rates without even blinking an eye, yet they are the ones who made fraudulent purchases of properties they knew didn't hold their value. Blatant criminals! All of them!
