Beneficial and Healthy Weight Loss

You may have heard this tip about healthy weight loss before, but it is of great importance! That is, it is better to eat several small meals during the day instead of 2 or 3 large meals. But why is it so?

Eating several small meals during the day is like consuming water throughout the day. You don’t drink water only three times a day in large quantities. (I hope~) Why would you eat this way?



When you eat large meals that are spread out during the day, you may be sending your body into the starvation mode in between meals, and your body will fight to hang onto your fat.






When you eat several small meals during the day, your metabolism actually speeds up. Your body will become accustomed to 'getting fed' more often. It will 'know' more food is coming and will be far less likely to want to hold onto the fat in your cells!

And if you eat nutritious foods like fruit and vegetables more often, your body's metabolism will actually speed up even more!If you are overweight and struggling, remember that healthy weight loss takes time~

Don't be discouraged if the weight doesn't just fall off. Persevere! Weight loss will happen if you are eating the right things! If you can’t take time for several small meals, then just extend your large meals.

Don’t eat your whole cheeseburger in one sitting. Eat half now and half later. Or if it’s a small cheeseburger to begin with, try to save at least a bite. Save a little for your favorite pet or simply just throw it out.

I have always been told to leave a small amount of food on my plate when I eat. I think it’s just good manners but when you are trying to watch your weight, this concept takes on a whole different meaning.

Also, if you miss a meal or skip a meal, don’t sweat it.

Don’t try to make up for it later by eating too late or eating the wrong foods. Every once in a while it’s good to give your body a break or a resting period. In the Bible, Jesus called this ‘fasting’. It's not such a bad idea every now and then! Fasting is completely different from Crash Dieting, by the way.

Here is a way to handle going out for pizza for example. If you go out for pizza, don’t order a salad too! The reason you are going out for pizza is to eat pizza~ Can anybody really resist not eating pizza once you smell it? I know I can't~ You are wasting food by ordering both.

If you just have to get a salad to enjoy your pizza, then make sure you eat your salad last and please make sure it’s a small dinner salad. If you really want to eat pizza and not gain extra weight, try eating just the top off the pizza!~ The bread in pizza will slow down your metabolism! Why? Because most people are allergic to wheat gluten, especially if your blood type is O or A. (Find out why you should eat your salad last.)

We overeat so much in our country, it’s amazing to me! We are so overly focused on food. You will save tremendous amounts of money simply not buying as much junk food! If you want a healthy weight loss, look no further than your lifestyle. Change your bad habits into good habits.

I have been small all my life because I've been watching my weight over the years. If I start to gain weight, I immediately work to get it back off.

If you are overweight, the key is to eliminate as much of the unhealyhy foods as you can and include the healthy foods as much as you can! Its the best way to healthy weight loss! These are very effective at losing weight fast to help speed up the metabolism. They help get rid of the excessive fat in your body and will get you past your weight plateau.
