Haircuts for Hair Growth

My hair used to be really long when I was a little girl but now its breaking off. I know some of the options to get your hair to grow but do you have to get your hair cut in order for it to do so?

Everyone should
trim their hair every couple of months. This cuts down on the amount of
split ends you have. It sounds like you maybe dealing with some split ends right now.
For some people, getting their hair cut may appear to help their hair grow but in short, that's
hair fiction. Getting regular trims won't help your hair grow. Getting rid of split ends will keep your hair ends from breaking off!
It also sounds like you need to do a few good conditioning treatments with protein. First, trim off your dead or split ends, then over a month's period, do several deep conditioning treatments with protein. Protein will help build up your hair and the conditioners will help lock moisture back into your hair, which will keep it from splitting or breaking off as much. One of the BEST deep conditioning treatments you can use is
henna n' placenta. Its cheap to buy and this stuff rocks! Try the kind with Olive Oil for best results!
Another thing you should consider is using smoothing hair products. Any product that helps lay down the hair cuticle is great. When your hair cuticles are raised, your hair looks fried and frazzled.
Also, try and eat nutritional meals. Include lots of lean meat, fresh fruits and
healthy veggies. You should also take
hair vitamins regularly to help with
hair growth.
