I've been relaxing my hair since the age of 12 and I just turned 32, which is 20 years. A year ago, I decided to stop relaxing my hair and do the natural thing, but my hair is really damaged and kinky. I'm kinda freaking out cause I'm not used to it being so dry, brittle, and thick. What can I do to take good care of my hair but still keep it natural?

Well, the obvious answer is to do Cholesterol treatments. They really help smooth dry, brittle, relaxed hair and also help condition your scalp! Although they were specifically designed for African American hair types, cholesterol can benefit any hair type that's damaged.
