Hair Loss from Hair Color

I colored my hair and it fell out. What should I put on it so it won't keep falling it, and so it can get healthy and strong?
**********
I have never heard of someone losing their hair because of ordinary hair color. There must be some information you're omitting? Overprocessed bleached hair can cause hair loss but that's because bleach is a much stronger chemical than hair color and is often left too long on the hair. No true hair color should cause hair loss however.
You can help your hair grow faster by taking a simple
B vitamin called
Biotin. For the fastest possible hair growth, take
Super Biotin, which is 5000 micrograms. Be gentle on the hair you still have and don't overbrush it. There are other
hair vitamins that are good for
hair growth too.
Occasionally using a
protein treatment on your hair will make it stronger. To keep it healthy, take
vitamin supplements regularly, especially as you age. Most people don't get enough of the proper nutrients from the foods they eat, so taking vitamins can ensure that your hair will keep growing, whether you're eating right or not.
