Hair Loss and Premature Graying
I'm 30 year old male and have two problems with my hair. My hair problems are hair loss and premature graying. My diet includes vegetables, poultry, other meats, and fish. Please help me.

Hair loss in men can be a sign that you're not getting enough
Omega 3 fatty acids, although you say you do eat fish. You are probably not eating enough fish, or the right types of fish (fatty fish) that have ample amounts for your body. The easiest way to restore
hair growth is to simply take
fish oil supplements or
Omega 3 supplements. You can also use more
cold pressed olive oil with the foods you consume.
Premature
gray hair (and/or white hair) could be a sign of an iodine deficiency. You should increase your salt intake or take
iodine supplements. (Just be sure if you start using more salt, that its been iodized!) You can actually reverse the loss of hair color by doing this!
