Hair Grow Long

I want my hair to be long but it never gets that way. I nourish it well and my diet is good too. Because of my religion I can't trim my hair so suggest me some possible ways help my hair grow long. Thank you!

I can't imagine not being able to trim your hair. Still, there are other things you can do!

Make sure you get enough Biotin in your diet. Biotin is so important to hair growth! You can take biotin supplements or eat foods that are high in Biotin, like liver, egg yolks, cheese, green vegetables, sunflower seeds, and sweet potatoes.

I don't know if you can get Henna N' Placenta where you live, but it's also a great way to nourish your hair. Coconut oil and Olive oil and also great for keeping your hair nourished.

It may very well be the case, that your hair is breaking off because of the fact that you can't trim it. Split ends can keep your hair from growing properly just as your diet lacking certain nutrient rich foods. I would also consider taking extra vitamin supplements and/or hair vitamins to help your hair grow long.
