GUIDELINES

Submit general hair care questions using the form below. If you've purchased a manual then any question is fine.

Please be specific in your descriptions. Give details about problems you're having and products you're using~

Please allow me ample time to get back to you. (12-24 hours during the week and more time will be needed if you submit your question during the weekend.)

If you don't hear back from me, then let me know and/or resend the question. The internet is not perfect beast and sometimes messages might not reach me. Also, sometimes accounts like AOL, block what they consider to be spam messages. If you have such an account, please use a yahoo or hotmail email address, even if it's not your primary address.

Underscores are hard to interpret in an email address. Set up another free email address and do not use an underscore in it.

Please be courteous and let me know if you have received my answer. If not, I will question it. If you do not hear back from me, check the hair answers pages and see if I have had time to answer them there. All relevant questions will be added to one or the other of my hair answers pages.
