GUIDELINES

1) Submit general hair care questions. If you've purchased a manual then any question is fine.

1) Please be specific in your descriptions. Give details about problems you're having and products you're using~

2) Please allow me ample time to get back to you. (12-24 hours)

3) If you don't hear back from me, then let me know and/or resend the question. The internet is not perfect beast and sometimes messages might not reach me. Also, sometimes accounts like AOL, block what they consider to be spam messages. If you have such an account, please use a yahoo or hotmail email address, even if it's not your primary address.

Even simple things mess things up. If you have an underscore in your email address, sometimes they do not come through properly. Set up another free email address and do not use an underscore in it.

4) Please check and be sure your question has not already been answered.

What are my qualifications? I've been a licensed Cosmetologist for over 17 years. During many of those years, I specialized in Color Applications only. I have a world of knowledge about them and can really help you if you need it.

If you're going try and color AND take care of your own hair, you really should know how the color chart system works, what the levels really mean, and some examples of the results you'll get by using different ones, etc. You can get most of the answers you'll need by simply investing in my 'how to' ebook. It will answer a lot of questions you have! Limited Time Only!
