BASICALLY WHEN I WAS YOUNGER, LIKE ROUND ABOUT 5 YEARS OF AGE MY HAIR WAS STRAIGHT & I MEAN PIN DEAD STRAIGHT, BUT AS I GOT OLDER AT THE AGE OF 9, I BEGAN TO REALIZE MY HAIR HAD STARTED TO GO WAVY. THEN WHEN I REACHED 14, IT WENT COMPLETELY CURLY & IT'S STILL IN THE SAME CONDITION (CURLY). I TOTALLY & UTTERLY MISS MY PIN DEAD STRAIGHT HAIR. IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO REGAIN THAT TYPE OF STRAIGHT HAIR AGAIN? WHY HAS THIS HAPPENED?

This is somewhat of a natural progression and is completely normal. The change in your hair pattern could be genetic or hormonal. If you ever decide to have children (later on I presume), your hair pattern may change yet again.
You can use a
flat iron to help straighten your hair but its just a temporary fix. You might also try products made to straighten hair, like
straightening gels,
smoothing products, or
straightening creams. There are also shampoos and conditioners that promise sleek hair that might help. Some of these products may help pull curl out of your hair but if your hair has a strong curl pattern, they won't be as effective.
The only way to permanently change your hair pattern is to get your hair
chemically straightened. If your hair is generally healthy and you find a good beautician, the process shouldn't damage your hair. However, it does cost quite a bit of money to have this done professionally, and you will have to upkeep your roots as they grow in. Also, if you don't do your homework and find a beautician who knows the process, your hair could get fried.
It will be so much easier and better for your hair, if you can just get past your fantasies of
straight hair. Everyone wants the opposite hair that they have. In most instances,
curly hair is what God intended for you to have. Acceptance is always key to happiness as you age.
