Get rid of red tint in blonde hair
by Nina
My natural hair color is a dark dirty blonde. I put a light golden blonde on my hair and it gave my hair a reddish tint. What can I do to get rid of the reddish tint? Thank you for your help!

Golden colors often have a mixture of reds and golds. If you don't want any reddish hues, don't use them.
Typically, ash colors will remove red colors. However, since your hair just has a reddish tint, I would suggest trying a beige blonde color. Its not as drastic as an ash color and works like a charm if your hair just has hints of red.
If you can't find any beige blonde colors, try a soft or neutral blonde color instead.
Before you color your hair, try doing a few
strand tests with the color you choose. This will ensure that you don't put color all over, if its not going to work properly. You will need to do a couple of strand tests in different sections throughout your hair to get the best results.
