Frizzy and Dry Hair

My hair is a bit past my shoulders. The roots are healthy and straight and my ends are straight. I let it air dry most of the time. I don't use a flat iron very often, and even when I do, I only use it on certain parts of my hair that have a little bit of a wave to it.

But my question is, why are my roots and my ends fairly healthy, but the middle of my hair is always so frizzy, dry, and has all the fly away hairs? My hair has never grown very fast, no matter what I do or don't do. I would really hate to cut it. Besides, if i did cut it then I would have to pretty much shave it to get all the frizzies out of it.

It sounds like you may need some hair vitamins and some targeted hair remedies. No need to shave your head just yet!

One key vitamin you should try, is Super Biotin. (5000 mcg.) It will definitely help your hair grow and also help improve the tensile strength of your hair.

Another product you can use straight away, is a good leave in conditioner. You only need apply it to your mid hair shaft, where your hair is frizzy. You can also buy smoothing creams, straightening gels, and other smoothing products that will also help lay down your hair cuticle in problem areas. Target treat them for best results.

There are also a thousand anti frizz products on the market too! The only way to find the products that work best for you, is to try a few of them. Always stick with the products that work best for your hair!
