Detox Foot Patches - Remove Toxins to Improve Health!

Foot patches help remove toxic buildup which improves overall health.

Detoxifying your body is an important aspect of living in a world full of toxic substances.

Toxins include steroids in meat, preservatives in dried and canned foods, and pesticides and insecticides on fresh produce. Foot pads are used to draw accumulated toxins out of your body while you sleep. When you wake up the next morning, discoloration’s are a sign that they are doing their job.

Foot Pads and Patches

Foot pads are based on ancient Asian cultural medicine. Each pad contains a combination of ingredients including: Tourmaline, a stone or mineral that emits negative ions; bamboo vinegar, which helps eliminate waste products, and wood vinegar, popular for its unique ability to help remove negative substances.

Tourmaline is a mineral that creates negative ions in your body which promotes relaxation and has therapeutic effects on your body. Negative ions also stimulate acupuncture points on your feet to improve circulation and detoxification.

Foot reflexology is an ancient belief that there are zones in your feet that correspond to each organ and internal system of your body. Wastes from your body accumulate in your feet and are drawn out through the skin by the pads.

Over 60 acupuncture points are also located on the soles of your feet. These points and zones mirror different vital organs and systems in the body. When these points and zones are stimulated, they promote the removal of toxins, which promotes better health.

Many people believe that removing toxins from your body enhances your health. Using them on a regular basis is a natural and external way of cleansing your body. All the ingredients contained in the pads work synergistically to absorb toxins through the pores of your skin and capture them on the pad. The pads absorb and remove toxins, heavy metals, chemicals, metabolic wastes, and other harmful substances.

Besides removing toxins, foot pads help rejuvenate your body, alleviate minor pains, enhance immune response, improve circulation, improve sleep patterns, boost energy levels, decrease weight and stress, and improve focus.

Before you go to bed, place the pads with the adhesive side in contact with the soles of each foot. It is suggested that you wear them for at least 8 hours to get optimal results. You can wear socks over them to promote more sweating of toxins and also to prevent the pads from detaching if you like. As you take them off, you'll notice the considerable changes in the odor and color, which depends on the amount of toxins drawn from the body.

How do foot pads help you lose weight? Many toxins accumulate in the soles of the feet. That is why the instructions advise you to apply them to your soles of your feet. The circulatory system circulates blood into different areas of your body, and then is returned back to the heart and recirculated through your body.

Unlike the circulatory system, your lymphatic system cannot push lymphatic fluids back upwards when it reaches the feet. It relies instead, on physical action to accelerate movements of lymphatic fluids. If blockage in the lymph system occurs, lymphatic fluids collect in the lymph glands and the lymph system becomes stagnant and toxic.

Detox foot patches help draw out toxins from your body which improves lymphatic flow. When toxins are eliminated regularly, nutrients are transported to your cells more efficiently, which increases metabolism. It also helps normalize the immune response and your overall health improves!

Moreover, regular use of this product can be an excellent beauty treatment for your complexion as it helps brighten your skin's appearance and decreases puffiness. It also revitalizes collagen fibers, which makes you look fresher and younger!

How to Use Foot Patches

Detox foot patches are non-invasive and can be used in conjunction with other procedures. They are applied to the soles of the feet primarily but can also be used on other parts of the body including palms of the hands, acupuncture points, over swollen or painful areas too. Many people experiment on where they place foot patches, which depends on health issues they might have.

Pads adhere (like a big Band-Aid) to your skin wherever you choose to put them. They can be used at any time of the day but you obtain better results while sleeping as the body shuts down to detoxify and rejuvenate overnight. Break the clear seal that contains two patches and apply patches just before bed. Ideally, leave them on for eight to twelve hours for maximum effect.

Many people rotate patches on their feet each night, starting with the ball of their feet the first night, the arch the second night, and the heel the third. If you need extra fast detoxification, you can use three foot patches on each foot overnight. Use from one to a maximum of six foot patches at any one time. If applying patches to other parts of the body, it’s recommended to place at least one on both feet too. Socks worn over them may prevent accidentally kicking them off during the night. Do not place patches over the eyes or any areas of broken skin.

In the morning, remove patches and check for changes. Patches may range from being light brown to dark brown and wet, to near black and soaking with a foul odor. Results vary from individual to individual, but expect to see vivid results. Remove used patches after sleep and discard them however, if patches are still dry after use, they can be re-used. First time users tend to have more dramatic results with patches.

    * Some people have reported slight allergic reactions to the natural substances found in the patches they used. This is certainly the exception, not the rule. Others have bashed the products by swearing that the brown discolorations left on the pads were from sweating at night. (The moisture turns the vinegar brown.)
