Easy, Fast Weight Loss Tip - Shed It Today!

If you want a fast weight loss tip, here’s a quick way to shed those unwanted pounds! Fatty foods and inactivity are the two major contributors of fast weight gain. But where does most of that fat come from? It comes from convenience foods which are considered to be fast foods. Fast food has changed some over the years, but not enough! There are many people that are Obese that need help now.



This may sound like the same stuff, different day, but I truly know a lot about fast food and restaurant food. I know because I waited tables off and on for many years in high school, after high school, and while I attended Beauty School.




Having worked as a waitress for many years, I have a lot of experience in restaurant foods. Besides the fact that restaurant foods are generally less healthy, eating out all the time can really make you FAT.
I always weighed more when I worked at a restaurant, even though I moved a LOT!

Fast weight loss won't happen if you just wish for it. You will most probably have to give up something! Why not make it convenience foods? Turn fast weight loss into easy fast weight loss!

Foods served in restaurants are generally higher in FAT and over proportioned. The food you order out is by far, more fattening than food you cook at home! Of course, the other part of eating out a lot is the cha ching cash!

It costs lots of cash to eat out every day. My business partner wastes tremendous amounts of money on restaurant/fast foods. He pays heavily for the convenience! Eating out will cause you to GAIN WEIGHT FAST and LOSE MONEY FAST! The average American spends around $2700 a year on fast food. What could you do with an extra three grand?

The key to fast weight loss is to give up those extra calories you get from FAT! Since I waited tables for so many years, I also saw a lot of things you may not want to know about. When I do occasionally eat out, I am always overly nice to my server and always leave a big tip.

Want to know why?

Well, it’s because over the years I saw a lot of things. If you aren’t nice to your server, they may have the 'last laugh'! I have seen some of them spit on food, drop food on the floor and pick it back up and put it right back on the plate, and a lot of other disgusting things you really don’t want to hear!

So when you do go out to eat, please be nice to your server. If there is a problem with your food, complain but do it in a nice way. Sometimes if my order is screwed up, I act like it was maybe my fault for not ordering more clearly what I wanted to eat. Eating out should be a treat. It should be deserved and appreciated!

For example, occasionally, I treat me and my son to McDonald'sİ. (We always get the same thing.) A medium chocolate shake, and a fish sandwich.

Here are the results I found:

McDonald'sİSandwiches - Filet-O-Fishİ

  • Serving Size: 141 grams
  • Calories: 410
  • Calories from Fat: 180
  • Total Fat: 20 grams
  • Saturated Fat: 4 grams
  • Cholesterol: 45 milligrams
  • Sodium: 660 milligrams
  • Carbohydrates: 41 grams
  • Fiber: 1 grams
  • Sugars: 5 grams
  • Protein: 15 grams

Compare the regular Fish Sandwich to the Big Mac

McDonald'sİSandwiches - Big Macİ

  • Serving Size: 219 grams
  • Calories: 600
  • Calories from Fat: 300
  • Total Fat: 33 grams
  • Saturated Fat: 11 grams
  • Cholesterol: 85 milligrams
  • Sodium: 1050 milligrams
  • Carbohydrates: 50 grams
  • Fiber: 4 grams
  • Sugars: 8 grams
  • Protein: 25 grams

OR:

McDonald'sİSandwiches - Quarter Pounder w/ Cheeseİ

Do you see the difference in the calories in FAT between the three items?

Now, lets add that shake that I mentioned>.

McDonald'sİDesserts/Shakes - Medium - Chocolate Triple Thick Shake 16 ozİ

  • Serving Size: 444 ml
  • Calories: 580
  • Calories from Fat: 150
  • Total Fat: 17 grams
  • Saturated Fat: 11 grams
  • Cholesterol: 65 milligrams
  • Sodium: 280 milligrams
  • Carbohydrates: 94 grams
  • Protein: 15 grams

See what I mean? A chocolate shake has LESS FAT than either the Big Mac or the Quarter Pounder. Who knew?

If I eat a fish filet and a medium chocolate shake, I’m getting a whopping 990 calories just from those two inexpensive, ordinary food items.

But its OK for me to do because I am well aware of the calories AND the fat, so I don't do it very often. Its just not healthy to eat out everyday or every other day! If you go out to eat occasionally, you’ll appreciate it more too!



Now, lets take a further look. Lets say you get a large coke, fries, and a sandwich:

McDonald'sİFrench Fries - Super Sizeİ

  • Calories: 610
  • Calories from Fat: 260
  • Total Fat: 29 grams
  • Saturated Fat: 5 grams
  • Cholesterol: 0 milligrams
  • Sodium: 390 milligrams
  • Carbohydrates: 77 grams
  • Fiber: 7 grams
  • Sugars: 0 grams
  • Protein: 9 grams

McDonald'sİSandwiches - Big N' Tasty with Cheeseİ

  • Serving Size: 247 grams
  • Calories: 590
  • Calories from Fat: 330
  • Total Fat: 36 grams
  • Saturated Fat: 12 grams
  • Cholesterol: 95 milligrams
  • Sodium: 1020 milligrams
  • Carbohydrates: 39 grams
  • Fiber: 3 grams
  • Sugars: 9 grams
  • Protein: 27 grams

McDonald'sİBeverages - Coke - Large 32 oz cupİ

  • Serving Size: 1
  • Calories: 310
  • Calories from Fat: 0
  • Total Fat: 0 grams
  • Saturated Fat: 0 grams
  • Cholesterol: 0 milligrams
  • Sodium: 30 milligrams
  • Carbohydrates: 86 grams
  • Fiber: 0 grams

  • Protein: 0 grams

Those three items together have a whopping 1510 calories. Notice the fat content, the calories, and the sugar content.
