Facial Masks - For Every Skin Type

There are facial masks for every skin type. Most of them can be made at home using simple ingredients you already have. Masks are applied to the skin to deep clean, tighten pores, or smooth the skin. You can easily find most mask ingredients in your cupboard and refrigerator.

They are beneficial to your skin as they often contain minerals, vitamins, or fruit extracts, such as avocado and cucumber, that add nutrition to the skin. Done regularly, masks can revitalize, rejuvenate, and refresh your skin. Most typical facial masks are are applied from 10-20 minutes and are typically removed with warm water and a wet wash cloth.

Masks have been used by women for many centuries. Even Cleopatra used them! When it comes to your skin, these should be part of every woman's anti aging arsenal!

Before you apply facial masks, be sure your skin is clean and dry. After you've removed the mask, be sure to follow up with a good toner to remove any residue and a good facial moisturizer. You can apply them any time of the day or night and use them once or twice a week for the most benefits.
