Rotation Eye Exercises to Restore Clarity and Improve Vision

Rotation eye exercises are wonderfully effective and can instantly restore clarity, strengthen eye muscles, and improve your vision over time!

You are definitely missing out on all the benefits if you don’t change your focus from time to time... especially if you work on a computer! You can do them in your bed, a plane, the office chair, a subway car, or restaurant seat. Anyone can do them, anytime and anywhere!

Eye exercises are wonderfully effective and can restore at least some amount of eyesight over time!

You may notice some slight variances in each yoga method but that's only because there are so many different kinds of yoga. Plus, each person who learns them may input some of their own movements or preferences. Each technique has its own merits so just find the ones that are easiest for you. In the meantime, don't underestimate the power of exercising your eyes!

Rotation Eye Exercises

To begin, sit up with your back elongated and shoulders back. Be comfortable in your position.

I like to sit on the floor as I feel better grounded there, but eye exercises can be done anywhere.

All eye movements should be held to a count of
‘and two and three’.

The last step in the exercise is to look towards your
‘third eye’.

This is an imaginary point that’s located in between eyes, on the lower middle part of the forehead. It’s often referred to as the ‘inner eye’. You will almost feel like you're crossing your eyes to view it. If you’ve ever seen a picture of a Cyclops, that’s where it would be.

For best results, look ‘hard’ in every direction you move your eyes to challenge your eye muscles.

Read the entire dialog until you understand what to do. Then try the exercises but count very slowly. Don't rush through this or it won't work near as well. Trust me!

START

Look up and hold – and two and three.

Look to the right and hold - and two and three.

Look down and hold – and two and three.

Look to the left and hold – and two and three.

Repeat these steps again and then close your eyes – and two and three. You will now reverse the order...

Open your eyes.

Look up and hold – and two and three.

Look to the left and hold – and two and three.

Look down and hold – and two and three.

Look to the right and hold – and two and three.

Repeat these steps again and then close your eyes – and two and three.

Open your eyes.

Look up and hold – and two and three.

Look down and hold – and two and three.

Repeat these steps again and then close your eyes – and two and three. Now reverse the order.

Open your eyes.

Look down and hold – and two and three.

Look up and hold – and two and three.

Repeat these steps again and then close your eyes – and two and three.

Open your eyes.

Look left and hold – and two and three.

Look right and hold and two and three.

Repeat these steps again and then close your eyes – and two and three. Now reverse the order.

Open your eyes.

Look right and hold – and two and three.

Look left and hold – and two and three.

Repeat these steps again and then close your eyes – and two and three.

Open your eyes.

Look towards your third/inner eye and hold and hold and hold and hold.

Now close your eyes.

Rub your hands together vigorously for a minute. You want to create as much friction as possible to warm your hands.

Cup your hands and place them over your closed eyes. Leave them there until the heat dissipates. The warmth from your hands will really help soothe your eyes after this vigorous exercise.

FINISH

Remove your hands and slowly open your eyes.

Other Ways to Improve Your Vision

  • Other ways to keep your eyes healthy is to take your vitamin supplements, especially vitamin A. (Beta Carotene)

  • If you like to eat your way to good health, eat lots of brightly colored vegetables too, as most of the time they contain the highest concentrations of vitamin A.

  • To get clarity in a hurry: Look towards your 'third eye' anytime during the day and hold the position for a few seconds. When you come back to center, you're clarity will have improved dramatically.

  • Take supplements that support eye health such as astaxanthin, lutein, and zeaxanthin.

  • Pinhole glasses help force ciliary eye muscle strength. They look like plain ole sunglasses at first glance but they're not. They have tiny pinholes that help reduce the diversity of angles from which light rays can enter the eyes; allowing only direct light rays within a narrow angular path to strike the cornea. They also restrict periphery vision. For people who have been diagnosed with myopia, hyperopia, presbyopia, astigmatism or cataracts, pinhole glasses offer instant relief through better vision. They also challenge your focus (from near to far or visa versa), which strengthens your eyes over time.

    Also note that these exercises won't work for every case of vision impairment, but they do work extremely well for most people who try them. Eye exercises are so simple to do and so easy to squeeze into your busy schedule. You can incorporate them into your most challenging days! They also help you save money because they are FREE!
