Money Saving Eye Exercises Improve Your Vision


 

You are definitely missing out if you don’t exercise your eyes.Eye exercises are wonderfully effective and can instantly restore clarity, strengthen eye muscles, and can improve your vision over time!

Believe it or not your eyes need exercise too! These exercises only take a short time to do.

If you work on a computer every day they are super beneficial. You can do them in your bed, the office chair, a subway car, or restaurant seat. Anyone can do them, anytime and anywhere!~

Remember, eye exercises are wonderfully effective and can instantly restore, strengthen, and improve! They are so easy to incorporate into any busy schedule. Don't underestimate the power of exercise!

Eye Exercises:

To begin, sit up with your back elongated and shoulders back. Be comfortable in your position.

I like to sit on the floor as I feel better grounded there, but eye exercises can be done anywhere.

All eye movements should be held to a count of
‘and two and three’.

The last step in the exercise is to look towards your
‘third eye’.

This is an imaginary point that’s located in between eyes, on the lower middle part of the forehead. It’s often referred to as the ‘inner eye’. You will almost feel like you're crossing your eyes to view it. If you’ve ever seen a picture of a Cyclops, that’s where it would be.

For best results, look ‘hard’ in every direction you move them and really use your eye muscles.

Read the entire dialog until you understand what to do. Then try the exercises.

START

Look up and hold – and two and three.

Look to the right and hold - and two and three.

Look down and hold – and two and three.

Look to the left and hold – and two and three.

Repeat these steps again and then close your eyes – and two and three.

Open your eyes.

Look up and hold – and two and three.

Look to the left and hold – and two and three.

Look down and hold – and two and three.

Look to the right and hold – and two and three.

Repeat these steps again and then close your eyes – and two and three.

Open your eyes.

Look up and hold – and two and three.

Look down and hold – and two and three.

Repeat these steps again and then close your eyes – and two and three.

Open your eyes.

Look down and hold – and two and three.

Look up and hold – and two and three.

Repeat these steps again and then close your eyes – and two and three.

Open your eyes.

Look left and hold – and two and three.

Look right and hold and two and three.

Repeat these steps again and then close your eyes – and two and three.

Open your eyes.

Look right and hold – and two and three.

Look left and hold – and two and three.

Repeat these steps again and then close your eyes – and two and three.

Open your eyes.

Look towards your third/inner eye and hold and hold and hold and hold.

Now close your eyes.

Rub your hands together vigorously for a minute. You want to create as much friction as possible to warm your hands.

Cup your hands and place them over your closed eyes. Leave them there until the heat dissipates. The warmth from your hands will really help soothe your eyes after this vigorous exercise.

FINISH

Remove your hands and slowly open your eyes.

What do you see? How do your eyes feel?

Eye exercises can really help you see more clearly and make your eyes feel refreshed. Do these exercises every chance you get. With proper eye exercises, you will strengthen your eyes, see more clearly, and even restore your vision.

They really do help and really do work.

- Other ways to keep your eyes healthy is to take your vitamin supplements, especially vitamin A.

- If you like to eat your vitamins, eat lots of brightly colored vegetables too, as they contain the highest concentrations of vitamin A.

- To get clarity in a hurry: Look towards your 'third eye' anytime during the day and hold the position for a few seconds. When you come back to center, you're clarity will have improved dramatically.
